• All rates are based on double occupancy per room and does not include tax.
• Each additional person ( 12 yrs old or older ) will be charged $ 25.00/ night extra.
• During our Off season ( April 15th to June 21st  and September 4th to October 31st ) , we require a two night minimum stay, and a four night minimum stay during the High season ( June 22 th to September 3rd ) Shorter stays may be accepted in case of last minute reservation , availibility and upon the Innkeepers discretion .
• Must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation and occupy a room . Proof of I.D may be required.
• Check-in is 3pm to 5 pm . Later arrivals must be prearranged. Check-out is 11 am , although you are welcome to stay around and relax on our beach after you check out of your room .

Deposit:

A 50% deposit required on all reservations 4 nights or more; balance due on arrival.

A 3 nights reservation or less will require payment in full on the day of the booking(s).

We honor VISA, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.

Parking will be limited to one car per unit. Additional vehicles will be ask  to park in the public parking lot ( at a town fee during the summer ) .

Cancellations:
A 10% service charge will be deducted on all cancelled reservations. The deposit balance will be promptly refunded for notice of cancellation received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Refund with less than 14 day notice is contingent on resale of entire reservation.

Group bookings :

Requesting five or more rooms for the same arrival and departure pattern is considered a group booking . Group bookings have different rates and deposit requirements than non-group reservations. To request a reservation for your group or  for more information, please contact us.

Pets:
We understand guests would like to bring their pets on vacation with them. As we do not have areas other than the beach and garden/patio area reserved for our guests, we will have a no pet policy.

We will be happy to refer you to the nearest Kennel.

Smoking :

We are a non-smoking establishment. For the comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. TGhere will be a $ 100 extra charge to cover the additional cleaning for smoke removal if smoking is detected with the room . Guests may also be asked to leave without a refund .

Damage to Property :

If a guest causes damage to the Inn property , it is their responsibility to replace or repair the damaged item(s).
